Els diferents projectes pretenen impulsar la incorporació i
manteniment de les dones en el mercat laboral, especialment les que es troben en
situacions de major vulnerabilitat, així com a facilitar la conciliació de la vida
personal, laboral i familiar.
Des de la nostra àmplia experiència en el treball amb dones
de major vulnerabilitat vam detectar que elles encara troben moltes dificultats
en l’accés i en la permanència en el mercat laboral malgrat que la realitat de
la situació laboral d’homes i dones hagi anat canviant.
Fins a la data d’avui, s’ha acompanyat a més de 600 dones a les Càritas
Diocesanes de Jaén, Santiago de Compostel·la, Lleida, Sant Feliu de Llobregat,
Getafe, Oriola-Alacant, Sogorb Castelló i Conca. Les actuacions contemplen
orientació, acompanyament, seguiment i formació, facilitant-los les eines útils
per facilitar la seva incorporació al mercat laboral.
Es tracta d’un procés de ACOMPANYAMENT en la recerca activa d’ocupació
que és tan particular com el mateix cas ho requereixi. Se centra en facilitar a
les participants l’adquisició de les competències (capacitats, habilitats,
coneixements i valors) bàsiques que faciliten el seu desenvolupament integral
en competències laborals i ciutadanes, implicant un procés de maduració
personal i l’obtenció d’una qualificació bàsica i una millora en seves
condicions d’ocupabilitat.
Aquests projectes estan cofinançats pel Mecanisme Financer de l’Espai Econòmic
Europeu en el Marc del Conveni subscrit entre el Regne de Noruega, Islàndia i
el Principat de Liechtenstein i el Regne d’Espanya.
Training and empowerment to foment the integration in the labour market of
women in vulnerable situations in 8 Diocesan Caritas, co-financed by EEG-funds
The projects aim to promote the formation of women in the labor market,
especially those who are in a special vulnerable situation. It pretends to
facilitate the reconciliation of personal, professional and family life.
Untill now, the different projects accompanied at more than 600 women in the
Diocesan Caritas of Jaen, Santiago de Compostela, Lleida, Sant Feliu de
Llobregat, Getafe, Orihuela-Alicante, Castellón Segorbe and Cuenca. The actions
include guidance, support, monitoring and training, providing useful tools to
facilitate their incorporation into the labour market. It focuses on enabling
participants to acquire basic skills (skills, abilities, knowledge and values)
that facilitate its labour and citizenship skills. The women have more
possibilities to enter in the labour market, by having received these specific
professional training and they improved their capacities to search and apply
for jobs on an autonomous way.
These projects are co-financed by the Financial Mechanism of
the European Economic Area, by the Convention signed between the Kingdom of
Norway, Iceland and the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Kingdom of Spain
